Red-tinged gold coins are spreading through the markets and gutters of Realm’s End. Each bears the face of the long-dead Dwarven Lord Drell. Those who handle them grow suspicious, violent, and consumed by an insatiable hunger for more.

The city is fracturing.

Someone has broken the ancient seals. Someone has descended into the cursed mines beneath Lonely Hill. And the old forges are burning again.

Time is running out.

The Witch of Drell’s Mines sends your players below Realm’s End into abandoned dwarven tunnels now alive with heat, whispers, and rekindled industry. Above, paranoia spreads. Below, something is being forged.

This adventure blends urban unrest with classic dungeon delving, centered on a spreading corruption tied to the red gold itself. The deeper the party travels, the stronger the curse becomes.

The scenario is designed for characters of approximately 6th–7th level who are already familiar with the cursed red gold and its growing influence over Realm’s End.
